Abstract

Informacijska arhitektura (IA) je znanost o organiziranju i strukturiranju sadržaja internetskih stranica, web i mobilnih aplikacija te softvera društvenih medija. Moderna upotreba informacijske arhitekture (strogo povezana s oblikovanjem informacija) pojavila se sredinom sedamdesetih godina. Cilj informacijske arhitekture je organiziranje sadržaja kako bi se korisnici lako prilagodili funkcionalnosti proizvoda i bez puno napora pronašli sve što im je potrebno. Informacijska arhitektura nalazi se na internetskim stranicama koje koristimo, aplikacijama i softverima koje preuzimamo, tiskanim materijalima s kojima se susrećemo, pa čak i na fizičkim mjestima na kojima provodimo vrijeme. Glavni čimbenik u određivanju uspjeha stranice je organizacija informacija na web stranicama. Informacijska arhitektura je dio korisničkog doživljaja. Ona je nacrt konstrukcije projekta koji se može generirati u žičane okvire i karte projekta, a dizajneri korisničkog doživljaja ih koriste kao osnovne materijale kako bi mogli planirati navigacijski sustav.

Abstract (english)

Information architecture (IA) is a science about organizing and structuring the content of websites, web and mobile applications and social media software. Modern use of information architecture (strictly linked to information formation) occurred in the mid1970 s. The aim of information architecture is to organize content so users can easily adapt to product functionality and find everything they need without much effort. Information architecture can be found on the websites we use, applications and software we download, printed materials we meet, and even in physical places where we spend time. The main factor in determining the success of the site is the organization of information on web sites. Information architecture is a part of user experience. It is a project design that can be generated in wireframes and project maps, and user experience designers use them as basic materials in order to plan the navigation system.
