Abstract

Švedska je višejezična i multikulturalna zemlja koja nastoji doseljenike asimilirati u švedsko društvo i naučiti švedski jezik, pazeći pritom da ne izgube svoj nacionalni identitet. Uz učenje jezika, pomaže se pri zaposlenju kako bi doseljenici mogli doprinijeti gospodarskom razvitku države. U svrhu bolje komunikacije među pripadnicima različitih kultura, kroz medije i školstvo se
nastoji čim bolje asimilirati sve doseljenike (i odrasle i djecu) učenjem švedskog jezika i drugim postupcima prilagodbe novoj kulturi. Sposobnost izražavanja na različitim jezicima omogućuje pojedincima da očuvaju i slave svoju kulturnu baštinu, a istovremeno se integriraju u šire društvo. Društvena kohezija povezana uz švedski jezik je Rinkeby švedski, koji ima vrijednost kao jezik zajednice i kulture. Ispitivanjem utjecaja višejezičnosti na međuljudske interakcije, formiranje individualnog identiteta i kulturnu razmjenu, možemo dobiti dragocjene uvide u dinamiku komunikacije u višejezičnom i multikulturalnom društvu.

Abstract (english)

Sweden is a multilingual and multicultural country that strives to assimilate immigrants into Swedish society and help them learn the Swedish language, while making sure that they do not lose their national identity. In addition to learning the language, immigrants are helped not only with learning the foreign language but also with finding employment so that they can contribute to the economic development of the country.
For the purpose of better communication between members of different cultures, through the media and education, efforts are made to assimilate all immigrants (both adults and children) as best as possible by learning the Swedish language and other procedures of adaptation to the new culture. The ability to express themselves in different languages allows individuals to preserve and celebrate their cultural heritage while integrating into the wider society. The social cohesion associated with the Swedish language is Rinkeby Swedish, which has value as a language of community and culture.
By examining the impact of multilingualism on interpersonal interactions, the formation of individual identity and cultural exchange, we can gain valuable insights into the dynamics of communication in a multilingual and multicultural society.
