Abstract

S obzirom na to da jednom napisana ideja nikada uistinu ne umire, već ima potencijal da prevlada sve prostorne, kulturne, vremenske i druge granice te se prenosi iz jednog polja u drugo gdje njeno tumačenje ovisi o trenutnim društvenim okolnostima i shvaćanjima čitaoca – zadaća povjesničara je analizirati i razjasniti datu ideju u izvornom kontekstu polja proizvodnje. Kako bi razumjeli ideju potrebno je razumjeti kontekst njenog nastanka, tj. njenog mislioca. Polazeći od premise kako podražaji s kojima se susreće pojedinac utječu na stvaranje njegovih ideja, ovim diplomskim radom definiraju se korijeni ideje neoslavizma. Temeljen na analizi memoara u kojima se autor osvrće na period koji je prethodio nastanku ideje te analizi programskih tekstova i novinskih članaka nastalih neposredno prije neoslavenskog pokreta utvrđuje se koji su to konkretni mikro- i makrosociološki aspekti potencijalno doveli do razvoja ideje te konačno i pokreta. Rad pritom obiluje citatima iz obrađenih izvora koji potkrepljuju locirane podražaje, a ujedno pružaju prijevod fragmenata obrađenih izvora s češkog na hrvatski jezik.

Abstract (english)

Once written ideas never actually die but have the potential to overcome territorial and cultural borders as well as the lapse of time and to transfer between different fields of perception, yet to understand the actual idea one has to understand the context of it and the thinker behind it. That is why historians have to analyse and explain ideas in the original socio-political frame of the given time period. Given that experiences thinker encounters are influencing his way of thinking and his ideas – based on micro- and macro-sociological aspects of influence, this thesis is defining the roots of Neo-Slavism. It is based on the analysis of Karel Kramář’s memoir in which he looks back on the period preceding the creation of the Neo-Slav idea as well as his ideological works and newspaper articles written right before the beginning of the Neo-Slav movement. With this, it shows potential causes that led to the creation of Neo-Slavism and provides a substantial amount of quotes translated from Czech to Croatian.
