Abstract

Zbog napretka tehnologije slušnih pomagala, sve veći broj osoba koje imaju slušno oštećenje, izazvano bukom, lijekovima, raznim bolestima ili genetskim čimbenicima, danas ima priliku za optimalnu integraciju u čujući svijet. Za djecu predškolske dobi koja imaju oštećenje sluha važna je pravovremena detekcija oštećenja, odabir slušnog pomagala koji može uključivati klasične slušne aparate ili ugradnju umjetne pužnice te što ranije uključivanje u rehabilitaciju čije su glavne metode individualni rad te rad u grupi. Rehabilitacija slušanja, koja nerijetko uključuje i rehabilitaciju govora, iziskuje veliku posvećenost i upornost od strane svih aktera, prvenstveno djeteta, a zatim i rehabilitatora i roditelja. Rehabilitacija djece temelji se na elementima igre, a najzastupljenija je upravo didaktička igra. Ovaj rad donosi teorijsku pozadinu razvoja djeteta predškolske dobi i razvoja govora te se opisuje igra kao vrlo važan alat u razvoju svakog djeteta, a pogotovo djeteta uključenog u rehabilitaciju slušanja i govora. U metodičkom djelu rada predstavljeni su primjeri igre za različite rehabilitacijske zadatke kod djece sa slušnim oštećenjima te primjer dvaju rehabilitacijskih sati, jedan za djecu kojima je ugrađena umjetna pužnica te jedan za djecu koja koriste slušne aparate.

Abstract (english)

Due to the progress of hearing aid technology, an increasing number of people who have hearing impairment, caused by noise, drugs, various diseases or genetic factors, today have the opportunity for optimal integration into the hearing world. For preschool children who have hearing impairment, time is essential for detection, selection of classic hearing aids or installation of cochlear implant and early inclusion in rehabilitation, whose main methods are individual work and group work. Hearing rehabilitation, which often includes speech rehabilitation, requires great dedication and persistence on the part of all actors, primarily the child, then the rehabilitator and the parents. The rehabilitation of children is based on the elements of play, and the most common is the didactic game. This paper presents the theoretical background of preschool child development and speech development, and describes play as a very important tool in the development of every child, especially a child involved in hearing and speech rehabilitation. In the methodical part of the paper, examples of games for various rehabilitation tasks for children with hearing impairments and an example of two rehabilitation classes are presented, one for children who have an artificial cochlear implant and one for children who use hearing aids.
