Abstract

Sastanci u poslovnom svijetu ključni su dio procesa rada. Sudionici sastanaka i njihova
stručnost za pojedini problem ili temu bitni su kako bi sastanak bio što uspješniji, ali i način na
koji voditelj sastanka vodi proces snažno utječe na motivaciju sudionika i time doprinosi
uspješnosti sastanka. Ovaj diplomski rad bazira se na nekoliko izdvojenih govornih obrazaca
voditelja, kao što su način postavljanja pitanja, obraćanje sudionicima, intonacija i poštapalice.
Rad se bavi i temama... More koje se tiču govorne organizacije sastanka, a to su iskazivanje cilja i
svrhe sastanka, vrste vodstva, uvodne riječi i sažimanje rasprave. Za potrebe rada sastavljena
je anketa od 70 pitanja u kojima se ispitivala čestota korištenja pojedinih govornih obrasca i
dojam koji korištenje pojedinog obrasca ostavlja na sudionike. Anketa je provedena na uzorku
od 50 ispitanika. Istraživanje je pokazalo da sudionici preferiraju upotrebu uvodne riječi i
predstavljanje cilja i svrhe sastanka te sažimanje rasprave i uključivanje sudionika u raspravu.
Sudionici većinom nemaju iskustva s neuljudnim i nepristojnim obraćanjem ili diskriminacijom
pri obraćanju voditelja sudionicima. Oko upotrebe uzlazne intonacije (engl. uptalk) na kraju
izjavnih rečenica ispitanici imaju različita mišljenja. Voditelji sastanaka većinom se izražavaju

Abstract (english)

Meetings in the business world are a crucial part of the work process. The participants' expertise
in a specific problem or topic is essential for a successful meeting, but the way the meeting
facilitator leads the process strongly influences the participants' motivation and contributes to
the meeting's success. This thesis is based on several distinct speech patterns of the facilitator,
such as questioning techniques, addressing the participants, intonation, and filler words. The
... More thesis also explores topics related to the speech organization in meetings, including expressing
the meeting's goals and purpose, types of leadership, opening remarks, and summarizing the
discussion. For the purpose of this study, a survey consisting of 70 questions was created to
examine the frequency of using specific speech patterns and the impression they leave on the
meeting participants. The survey was conducted with a sample of 50 respondents. The research
revealed that participants prefer to hear the opening remarks and the presentation of the
meeting's goals and purpose, as well as summarizing the discussion and involving participants
in the conversation. Most participants have no experience with rude and disrespectful speech
or discrimination from the meeting facilitator. Regarding the use of uptalk at the end of
