Abstract

Djecu treba kontinuirano pripremati za život koji ih čeka po završetku formalnog
obrazovanja. Za postizanje poslovne učinkovitosti većina država smatra da djecu treba učiti
temeljnim životnim kompetencijama. Ovdje je fokus na poduzetničkim kompetencijama koje
je potrebno razvijati kod djece od malena. Provedeno je neempirijsko istraživanje na
dostupnoj dokumentaciji sa svrhom unapređenja knjižničarske prakse. Učenik koji ima dobre
predispozicije za razvoj kompetencije poduzetništvo posjeduje izraženu motivaciju,
kreativnost i inovativnost. Istraživanja su pokazala da svatko može postati poduzetnik, a
poticajna okolina i podrška bližnjih povećavaju šanse za uspjeh. Kombinirajući
međupredmetne teme povezuju se različita obrazovna područja. Popularizacija poduzetništva
može se provoditi suradnjom knjižničara sa ostalim stručnim suradnicima u školi i izvan nje,
te tako modernizirati obrazovanje i poboljšati učeničke kompetencije. Tako knjižničar postaje
menadžer. Prije upisa u srednju školu učenike bi se trebalo upoznati s poduzetništvom i radom
poduzetnika. Tako bi učenici naučili selektirati i povezivati informacije iz različitih područja i
učiti u dinamičnim uvjetima. Rad u timu idealan je oblik učenja poduzetništva. U timu svatko
ima svoju ulogu, a suradničkim naporima pridonose zajedničkom cilju. Metode za
osmišljavanje poduzetničkih ideja kao što su oluja mozgova, metoda prisilnih veza i slobodno
asociranje neke su od metoda koje omogućuju nastanak novih inovacija.

Abstract (english)

Children are supposed to be continuously prepared for the real life that awaits after the
formal education. In order to achieve business efficiency, most states believe that children are
supposed to be taught basic life competencies. The focus here is on the entrepreneurial skills
which should be developed since very young age. Non-empirical research has been done,
using the relevant available resources with a purpose of advancement of librarian practice. A
student with a good predisposition of developing entrepreneurial competences has high
motivation, creativity and innovation skills. Research has shown that anyone can become an
entrepreneur and that stimulating surroundings and family support increase the chances of
success. By combining the interdisciplinary subjects, a variety of different educational areas
are connected. Popularization of entrepreneurship may be done by a cooperation of the
librarian and other coworkers / educational employees within the school and beyond, which
will lead to the modernization of the educational system and improvement of students’ skills.
That way the librarian becomes the manager. Before enrolling the students into secondary
school, they should be introduced to the entrepreneurship and the job of an entrepreneur. It
would help the students learn how to make a selection and connection between the
information from different areas but also how to learn in dynamic surroundings. Teamwork is
a perfect way of learning entrepreneurship. Within a team, everyone has its task and purpose
and by using their cooperation effort they contribute to the common goal. Methods used for
producing entrepreneurial ideas like brainstorming, forced bonding method and free
association method, are some of the methods that make new innovations possible
