Abstract

U ovom radu, teorijskim istraživanjem, predstavit će se kritičko pedagogijski pogled na
učitelja kao subjekta i objekta transformativnog procesa obrazovanja. Ovo pitanje
relevantno je u vremenu agresivne tehnizacije nastavničke profesije i merkantilizacije
obrazovnog procesa. Na početku rada se pobliže određuju pojmovi odgoja i obrazovanja
te također pojam „transformativno obrazovanje“. Herbartov pristup nastavi poslužit će
kao teorijska osnova za razumijevanje pozicije učitelja. Suvremeni trendovi u
obrazovnoj politici žele učenje prikazati kao kontinuiran korak-po-korak proces
postizanja već unaprijed zamišljenih ciljeva, a na učenikove teškoće u učenju, kao i na
učiteljeve teškoće u poučavanju gleda se kao na nešto problematično i nepoželjno.
Ovakav pogled na proces obrazovanja je isuviše pojednostavljen i objektiviziran, te će
ovaj rad pokušati iznaći drugačije odgovore na ovaj problem. Do iskustva negativnosti
dolazi u susretu nečeg drugog, drugačijeg, različitog, a stoga je iskustvo učenja po sebi,
nužno i iskustvo određenog stupnja negativnosti, jer uključuje susret s nepoznatim i
novim. Na koje načine to novo transformira, te trebaju li se negativna iskustva
izbjegavati od strane učitelja, ili ih uvrstiti kao jednako važna iskustva u obrazovnom
procesu, ovaj rad će propitati i obrazložiti.

Abstract (english)

n this paper, through theoretical research author will present a critical pedagogical view
of the teacher as a subject and object of the transformative process of education. This
issue is relevant at a time of agressive technicalization of the teaching profession and
merchantilization of the educational process. At the beginning of the paper, the bacis
pedagogical concepts such as upbringing and education are explained, as well as the
term „transformative education“. Herbart's approach to teaching will serve as a
theoretical basis for understanding the position of the teacher. Contemporary trends in
eduaction policy want to present learning as a continuous step-by-step process of
achieving pre-conceived goals, and the student's learning difficulties, as well as the
teacher's teaching difficulties are seen as something problematic and undesirable. The
experience of negativity occurs in the encounter of something else, different, different,
and it can be said that every learning experience is necessarily an experience of a certain
degree of negativity, because it includes an encounter with the unknown and the new.
How the new transforms, and should the teachers avoid negative experiences, or should
they be seen as an constructive parts of the education process, this paper will question.
