Zamjenica hen je rodno neutralna osobna zamjenica u švedskom jeziku. Zamjenica se prvi put spominje 1950-ih, ali upotreba zamjenice počela se širiti 2000-ih. Rodno neutralna zamjenica bitna je za osobe koje pripadaju LGBT zajednici, posebno onima koji se identificiraju kao nebinarni, agender (tj. bez roda) ili drugi. Abstract (english)

The pronoun hen is a gender-neutral personal pronoun in Swedish. First mentions of the pronoun date all the way to the 1950s, but the usage of the pronoun started spreading in the 2000s. A gender-neutral pronoun is essential for LGBT people, particularly those who identify as non-binary, agender or other. It is a pronoun that can more accurately represent their gender identity. This tied into their fight for women's rights because using a gender-neutral pronoun could help with abolishing the gender bias towards men, particularly in the workspace.
