Ovaj rad bavi se potrebama knjižničnih korisnika koji imaju oštećen sluh ili vid. Potrebno je svim korisnicima pružiti jednaku uslugu, a slijepim i gluhim korisnicima često je uskraćeno koristiti sve usluge koje knjižnica nudi korisnicima. Cilj je ovoga rada, istraživanjem i suradnjom s osobama oštećena sluha i vida, utvrditi koliko su naše narodne knjižnice prilagođene takvoj vrsti korisnika te uvjetuje li opremljenost knjižnice i kompetentnost knjižničara na njihovo korištenje ili ne... Abstract (english)

This paper addresses the needs of library users who have impaired hearing or vision. It is necessary to provide the same service to all users, and blind and deaf users are often denied the right to use all the services that the library offers to users. The aim of this paper, through research and cooperation with people with hearing and visual impairments, is to determine how much our public libraries are adapted to this type of user and whether the library equipment and the competence...
