Abstract

Cilj ovoga rada je ući u teoriju upravljanja i teoriju dionika te kroz njih dobiti uvid u proces mapiranja dionika i popis dionika koje je proveo i izradio Muzej Prigorja u Sesvetama. U suvremenom društvu upravljanje je svrhovita djelatnost koja kroz planiranu upotrebu resursa predstavlja ključ za uspješno i učinkovito postizanje ciljeva te rezultata u bilo kojem obliku organizacije. U tom pogledu, koncept dionika, kao sredstvo, igra značajnu ulogu u postavljanju prioriteta i ciljeva organizacije, odnosno muzeja. Dionici se definiraju kao pojedinci ili organizacije koji su uključeni u ili utječu na neku muzejsku aktivnost ili politiku te mogu biti posredno ili neposredno uključeni u postupak donošenja odluka. U izradi strateškog plana upravljanja muzejom imaju svoj udio, prava i/ili interes, na način da mogu nešto izgubiti ili dobiti njegovim provođenjem. Strukturiranim intervjuom sa ravnateljicom Muzeja Prigorja dobiven je uvid u funkcionalnost te svrhovitost popisa dionika Muzeja, a analizom popisa kroz grafičke prikaze dobiveni su statistički podaci o vrsti dionika, odnosno o grupama dionika te je provedena i dodatna kategorizacija dionika. Sveukupnom analizom utvrđena je sinteza teorije dionika i prakse mapiranja dionika u Muzeju Prigorja.

Abstract (english)

The intent of this master’s thesis is to gain (through the theory of management and the theory of stakeholders) insight into the process of stakeholder mapping, and the list of stakeholders, conducted and developed by the Museum of Prigorje in Sesvete. In present-day society, through the planned use of resources, management is a key activity to successful and efficient achievement of goals in any form of organization. In this regard, the concept of stakeholders plays a significant role in setting the priorities and goals of the organization –a museum. Stakeholders are individuals or organizations involved in museums activities, or influence museums activities or policies, and may be directly or indirectly involved in the decision-making process. They have their share, rights and interests in the development of the strategic management plan of the museum, in such a way that they can lose or gain something by implementing that plan. A structured interview with the director of the Museum of Prigorje provided insight into the functionality and purpose of the Museum’s list of stakeholders. The analysis of the list, through graphical representations, provided statistical data on the type of stakeholders and groups of stakeholders. The additional categorization of stakeholders was implemented as well. The overall analysis established a synthesis of stakeholder theory and stakeholder mapping practice in the Museum of Prigorje.
