Abstract

U ovom radu se analizira struktura rada u kreativnoj ekonomiji kroz fokus na IT sektor. Kreativna ekonomija potiče kreativnost kao osnovni resurs u procesu proizvodnje bazirajući se na ljudskim vještinama. Osnovni cilj je pružanje odgovora na pitanje koje su karakteristike rada u kreativnoj ekonomiji s obzirom na to da se struktura rada u kreativnoj ekonomiji često karakterizira kao nestandardna. Provedeno je i prikazano kvalitativno istraživanje fokusirano na IT kao brzorastući kreativni sektor. Uzorak istraživanja se sastoji od 20 sudionika zaposlenih u IT sektoru. Prema prikazanim izjavama sudionika istraživanja evidentno je da su fleksibilnost, raznolikost, autonomija i kontinuirano učenje neke od karakteristika rada u IT-u sa raznolikim pozitivnim i negativnim utjecajima na rad i svakodnevicu pojedinca. Kreativnost se u njihovom radu svakodnevno koristi, a ono što ih može potaknuti u njihovoj inovaciji je održavanje pozitivnih strana navedenih karakteristika rada u kreativnoj ekonomiji uz pružanje radnih izazova i financijskih nagrada.

Abstract (english)

This paper analyzes the structure of work in the creative economy through the focus on the IT sector. Creative economy stimulates creativity as a basic resource in the production process based on human skills. The main research goal is to provide answer to the question what are the characteristics of work in the creative economy, given that the structure of work in a creative economy is often characterized as non-standard. We conducted and presented a qualitative research focused on IT as a fast-growing creative sector. The research sample consists of 20 participants in the IT sector. According to the findings of the research, it is evident that flexibility, diversity, autonomy and continuous learning are some of the characteristics of work structure in IT with a variety of positive and negative impacts on the work and everyday life of an individual. Creativity is used every day in their work, and what can stimulate them in their innovation process is to maintain the positive aspects of the mentioned characteristics of work in a creative economy and alos by providing work challenges and financial awards.
