Abstract

U ovom radu razmatra se pojam nematerijalne baštine i njegovo značenje kroz primjer programa za očuvanje tradicijskih igara i sportova - Tocatì, uvrštenog u UNESCO - ov Registar dobrih praksi očuvanja nematerijalne kulturne baštine svijeta. U rad se uvodi definicijom kulturne baštine, tj. nematerijalne kulturne baštine i kratkim povijesnim pregledom uloge UNESCO-a u zaštiti nematerijalne baštine kroz usvojene konvencije. Zatim se prikazuje kako UNESCO definira nematerijalnu baštinu te je ukratko opisana uloga digitalnih metoda u dokumentaciji nematerijalne baštine. Nakon toga je predstavljena povijest nastanka programa, aktivnosti koje se provode u okviru programa, institucije odgovorne za njegovu provedbu, opis organizacije festivala te glavne skupine tradicionalnih igara (kuglanje, boćanje, utrke kolima, kartaške igre, igre hranom, utrke, lippa, hrvanje, šijavica, igre pakovima, igre diskovima, igre loptom, ljudske kule, zvrkovi) koje su zastupljene u programu. Poseban naglasak je na detaljnom opisu tradicionalne igre pljočkanja koju predstavlja Hrvatska te je na kraju opisana povezanost programa s lokalnim zajednicama.

Abstract (english)

This paper examines the concept of intangible heritage and its meaning through the example of the program for the preservation of traditional games and sports - Tocatì, included in the UNESCO Register of Good Practices for the Preservation of the World's Intangible Cultural Heritage. The work is introduced with the definition of cultural heritage, i.e. intangible cultural heritage, and a brief historical overview of the role of UNESCO in the protection of intangible heritage through the adopted conventions. It then shows how UNESCO divides intangible heritage and briefly describes the role of digital methods in the documentation of intangible heritage. After that, it was presented how the program was created, the activities carried out within the program, the institutions responsible for its implementation, a description of the organization of the festival and the main groups of traditional games (skittles, boules, wheeled carts, cards, food games, racing, lippa, wrestling, morra, pucks, ruzzole, spheres, human towers, spinning tops) that are represented in the program. Special emphasis is placed on the detailed description of the traditional game of pljočkanje represented by Croatia, and at the end the connection of the program with local communities is described.
