Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad istražuje utjecaj umjetne inteligencije na tržište rada, s naglaskom na vještine potrebne za korištenje umjetne inteligencije u poslovanju poduzeća. Rad analizira prilagodbe na sve veću prisutnost umjetne inteligencije na tržištu rada te postavlja tezu o potencijalnom ugrožavanju tradicionalnih ljudskih djelatnosti, zanimanja i radnih mjesta. U ovom istraživanju provedena je analiza na primjerima utjecaja UI u pojedinim djelatnostima. Ovaj rad identificira konkretna zanimanja i radna mjesta koja su najranjivija i podložna transformacijama izazvanim umjetnom inteligencijom. Kroz anketu, pregled literature, analizu statističkih podataka, trendova i predviđanja svjetskih kompanija, istražuje se sadašnji i budući utjecaj umjetne inteligencije na tržište rada. Provedeno je istraživanje na 104 ispitanika kojom se istražuje svijest i korištenje umjetne inteligencije, kao i stavovi o utjecaju umjetne inteligencije na tržište rada. Cilj ankete je bio razumjeti razinu svijesti i prihvaćenosti UI alata, te identificirati osjećaj ugroženosti i spremnost na prilagodbu među radnicima, kako bi se omogućilo dublje razumijevanje sadašnjih i budućih prilagodbi tržišta rada umjetnoj inteligenciji. U radu se analiziraju izazovi i prilike koje proizlaze iz rastuće prisutnosti umjetne inteligencije, s naglaskom na transformacijom vještina i prilagodbu novih zahtjevima tržišta.

Abstract (english)

This thesis explores the impact of artificial intelligence on the labor market, with a focus on the skills required to utilize artificial intelligence in business operations. It also analyzes adaptations to the increasing presence of artificial intelligence in the labor market and posits a thesis on the potential threat to traditional human activities, occupations, and jobs. This research includes an analysis of the impact of AI in specific industries. The thesis identifies specific occupations and jobs that are most vulnerable and susceptible to transformations caused by artificial intelligence. Through a survey, literature review, analysis of statistical data, trends, and predictions from global companies, the present and future impact of artificial intelligence on the labor market is investigated. A survey was conducted with 104 respondents to explore awareness and use of artificial intelligence, as well as attitudes towards its impact on the labor market. The aim of the survey was to understand the level of awareness and acceptance of AI tools, and to identify the sense of threat and readiness to adapt among workers, enabling a deeper understanding of current and future labor market adaptations to artificial intelligence. The thesis analyzes the challenges and opportunities arising from the growing presence of artificial intelligence, emphasizing the transformation of skills and adaptation to new market demands.
