Abstract

Cilj je ovog završnog rada sistematično prikazati literaturu i istraživačke dosege u području biblioterapije te posebno istaknuti njezin značaj u radu knjižničara s djecom s teškoćama. Uz primjenu biblioterapije općenito, u radu će se teorijski pristupiti svrsi i cilju te oblicima biblioterapijskih radionica namijenjenih djeci s teškoćama u razvoju, preciznije disleksijom, disgrafijom i hiperaktivnim poremećajem. U radu će se naglasiti težnja za smanjivanjem osjećaja zanemarenosti i društvene isključenosti te unaprjeđivanje djeteta kao pojedinca i ostvarivanja njegovih potencijala kao i proces kojim se navedeno, biblioterapijskim pristupom, treba moći postići. Od velike je važnosti u tom procesu kako knjižnice ostvaruju kvalitetu svojih usluga u radu s djecom s teškoćama u razvoju. Time uloga knjižničara neće biti zanemarena, a rad će se baviti i kompetencijama knjižničara u provedbi takvih biblioterapijskih radionica. Iznijet će se prednosti takvih radionica, ali i izazovi s kojima se u svome radu susreću knjižničari.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this paper is to systematically present the literature and research achievements in the field of bibliotherapy, and particularly its importance in the work of librarians with children with difficulties. With the general application of bibliotherapy, the paper will theoretically approach the purpose and goal, as well as the forms of bibliotherapeutic workshops intended for children with developmental difficulties, dyslexia, dysgraphia, and hyperactivity disorder. The paper will highlight the aim to reduce feelings of neglect and social exclusion, as well as the improvement of child as an individual and realization of their potential, also the process by which this can be achieved through bibliotherapeutic approach. The process how libraries ensure the quality of their services in working with children with developmental difficulties is of great importance. Therefore, the role of librarians will not be neglected. The paper will also address the competencies of librarians in implementing such bibliotherapeutic workshops. The advantages of such workshops will be presented, as well as the challenges that librarians come across in their work.
