Abstract

Ovaj rad bavi se projektima iz njemačkog jezika s posebnim naglaskom na projekte Theaterspiele i Max sucht den Superstar (I i II) koji se provode na području Varaždinske županije. Teorijski dio rada temelji se na izvršenoj analizi školskih kurikuluma osnovnih i srednjih škola na području Varaždinske županije za školsku godinu 2022./2023. Sukladno rezultatima te analize, projekti se u radu tumače kao projekti koji se realiziraju kroz izvannastavnu aktivnost. U teorijskom dijelu rada najprije su opisana temeljna obilježja izvannastavnih aktivnosti, a zatim je naglasak stavljen na projekt kao jedan od načina realizacije rada u izvannastavnim aktivnostima. S obzirom na vrstu svakog projekta koji se istraživao, u radu je također ukazano i na brojne prednosti povezivanja učenja stranog jezika s dramskom pedagogijom i glazbom. Empirijski dio rada prikazuje kvalitativno istraživanje provedeno u obliku studije slučaja. Cilj istraživanja bio je utvrditi temeljna obilježja i specifičnosti organiziranja i sudjelovanja u projektima Theaterspiele i Max sucht den Superstar (I i II). Uzorak u slučaju Theaterspiele činili su voditeljica projekta i tri nastavnice njemačkog jezika, dok se uzorak u slučaju Max sucht den Superstar (I i II) sastojao od voditelja projekta na razini osnovnih škola, voditeljice projekta na razini srednjih škola te četiri nastavnice njemačkog jezika. U istraživanju je korišten polustrukturirani intervju. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su da se projekti uspješno organiziraju i da uključuju različite profile učenika. Osim toga, utvrđeno je i da projekti povećavaju motivaciju učenika za učenje njemačkog jezika i da doprinose usvajanju njemačkog jezika te osobnom i socijalnom razvoju učenika.

Abstract (english)

This paper focuses on German language projects with special emphasis on projects Theaterspiele and Max sucht den Superstar (I and II) that take place in the area of Varaždin County. The theoretical part of the paper is based on the analysis of the school curricula of primary and secondary schools in Varaždin County for the school year 2022/2023. In accordance with the results of this analysis, in the paper, the projects are interpreted as extracurricular projects. In the theoretical part of the paper, first, the fundamental characteristics of extracurricular activities are described and then the emphasis is placed on the project as one of the methods used to execute work in extracurricular activities. Considering the type of each investigated project, the paper also points out numerous advantages of using drama pedagogy and music in the process of learning a foreign language. The empirical part of the paper presents qualitative research conducted in the form of a case study. The goal of the research was to determine the fundamental aspects and specifics of organizing and participating in the projects Theaterspiele and Max sucht den Superstar (I and II). The sample in the case of Theaterspiele consisted of the project manager and three German language teachers, while the sample in the case of Max sucht den Superstar (I and II) included the project manager at the primary school level, the project manager at the secondary school level and four German language teachers. A semi-structured interview was used in the research. Research results showed that the organization of the projects is successful and that the projects include different student profiles. In addition, the projects increase the motivation of the students to learn the German language and they contribute to German language acquisition and the personal and social development of the students.
