Abstract

Nastavni sat može se podijeliti na etapu motivacije, obrade novih nastavnih sadržaja, vježbanja, ponavljanja i ocjenjivanja. Izvedbu etape ocjenjivanja, kronološki posljednje etape, mogu narušiti učenici, nastavnici ili sama tehnika ocjenjivanja. U ovom radu ćemo se baviti uzrocima lošeg ocjenjivanja znanja kod nastavnika, tj. subjektivnim faktorima pri ocjenjivanju. Ocjenjivanje je vrlo bitan dio školovanja jer utječe na stvaranje učenikove slike o sebi te posljedično na daljnju... More motiviranost za školovanjem. Subjektivnim faktorima u ocjenjivanju prethodi nastavnikova predodžba o učenicima koju nastavnik stvara na temelju prošlih iskustava. Neki od faktora koji mogu utjecati na nastavnika u ocjenjivanju su podijeljeni na osobnu jednadžbu, halo efekt, logičku pogrešku, pogrešku sredine, pogrešku diferencijacije, pogrešku kontrasta te tendenciju prilagođavanja kriterija ocjenjivanja kvaliteti učeničke skupine. Pored ovih na ocjenjivanje mogu utjecati i spol i socio-ekonomski status, karakteristike učenika te odabrana vrsta provjeravanja. Rad će prikazati kako na subjektivnost općenito gledaju nastavnici, a kako učenici. U radu će se istražiti i uzroci subjektivnosti pri ocjenjivanju te posljedice koje mogu biti i pozitivne i negativne kao što je nekonzistentnost ocjena na ispitima mature s zaključnim ocjenama predmeta. Na kraju teorijskog dijela rada pregledati ćemo načine smanjivanja subjektivnosti pri ocjenjivanju i ovisnost subjektivnosti o vrsti provjeravanja. Anketom će se istražiti koliko ti subjektivni faktori utječu na nastavnike informatike u Hrvatskoj prema njihovom osobnom mišljenju i mišljenju učenika te na kraju usporediti razliku u percepciji. Abstract (english)

A school lesson can be divided into the stage of motivation, development, consolidation, revision, and grading. The quality of grading, chronologically the final stage, may be disrupted by students, teachers, or the grading technique itself. This thesis will examine the causes of teachers' poor grading, i.e., the grading bias. Grading is an extremely important part of schooling because it affects students' self-image and, consequently, their future learning motivation. Grading... More bias results from the teacher's perception of students based on past experience. Some factors that can impact the teacher during grading are personal equation, halo effect, logical mistake, mean error, differential error, contrast error, and the tendency to adjust grading criteria to class performance. Apart from these, grading can be affected by gender, socio-economic status, students' individual characteristics, and assessment type. The thesis will present teachers' and students' views on subjectivity. The thesis will also explore the causes of grading bias and its positive and negative consequences, such as the inconsistency between the final grades and the state matura exam scores.The final part of the theoretical framework will provide an overview of how grading bias may be reduced, as well as how it depends on the assessment type.The survey explores the extent to which these grading bias factors affect Croatian computer science teachers from their and their students' points of view and compares the differences between them.
