Abstract

Cilj ovog rada prepjev je Lermontovljeva Soneta, jedinog soneta u pjesnikovu opusu. Kako bi se odredio pristup prijevodu, prvo poglavlje posvećeno je problemima prijevoda te nudi pregled nekoliko radova koji se bave temom pjesničkog prevođenja ili prevođenja uopće (Eco, Užarević, Konstantinović i dr.). Zatim se rad, radi stavljanja izvornika kao i prepjeva u širi kontekst, osvrće na podrijetlo i položaj soneta kako uopće tako i u Rusiji i Hrvatskoj, a uzimajući u obzir učestalost, uvriježene stihovne mjere, teme i stilska obilježja. Daje se komentar recepcije Lermontovljeva pjesništva u hrvatskoj književnosti, u odnosu na njegovu prozu. Glavni dio rada bavi se analizom i interpretacijom Soneta, čime se utvrđuje jedinstvo forme i sadržaja ključno za rad na prepjevu te se pretpostavlja svjesno uspostavljanje relacije sa sistemom petrarkizma. Kraj rada donosi objašnjenje prepjevateljskih odluka te sam prepjev.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this work is a translation of Lermontov's Sonnet, the only sonnet in his work. In order to determine the approach to translation, the first chapter deals with translation problems and provides an overview of several papers dealing with the topic of poetic translation or translation in general (Eco, Užarević, Konstantinović i dr.). Then, for the sake of placing the original as well as the poem in a wider context, the work looks at the origin and position of the sonnets in general, but also in Russia and Croatia, taking into account the frequency, the usual verse measures, themes and stylistic features. The reception of Lermontov's poetry in Croatian literature is commented on in relation to the reception of his prose. The main part of the paper deals with the analysis and interpretation of the Sonnet, in which the unity of form and content is established, which is crucial for the work of adaptation. The conscious establishment of a relation with the system of petrarchism is presupposed. The end of the paper gives an explanation of the translation procedure and the translation itself
