Abstract

Od muzejskih institucija se u današnje vrijeme očekuje da prate trendove i tehnološke promjene te da u isto vrijeme prate i potrebe suvremenog društva, tj. svojih korisnika. Jedan od trendova je korištenje društvenih mreža koje su postale ključni faktor u muzejskom djelovanju, pogotovo u nedavnoj svakodnevici uzrokovanoj pandemijom Covid-19 s obzirom na to da olakšavaju i pomažu komunikaciju između muzejskih institucija i njihovih korisnika. More Instagram je vizualno usredotočena mobilna aplikacija koja je nastala 2010. godine te se koristi za dijeljenje fotografija i videozapisa među korisnicima koji se međusobno prate (engl. follow). Korisnici Instagrama kroz svoje objave koriste metodu propovijedanja (engl. storytelling). Sadržaj se može objaviti na nekoliko načina: klasična objava, priča (engl. story), reels te uživo. Kod objavljivanja sadržaja moguće je koristiti filtere, naljepnice, GIF-ove, photoshop i sl., dalje moguće je i označavanje drugih korisnika (engl. tagging) te označavanje geolokacije. Za razliku od „klasičnog“ komunikacijskog kanala, komunikacija na društvenim mrežama ima nešto drugačiji tok koji nije uvijek linearan već on uključuje i interaktivnost, sudjelovanje korisnika (participaciju) te dijalog. Na taj način mogu se stvoriti mreže zajednice (engl. online communities) muzejskih institucija.
Muzejska komunikacija promatra se u kontekstu društvene mreže Instagram kroz primjere u praksi hrvatskih i međunarodnih Instagram profila vezanih uz muzeje te je u ovom radu prikazana njihova analiza na temelju dobre prakse preuzete iz literature. Aspekti koji se promatraju kroz analizu uključuju vrste, sadržaj, oblikovanje i frekventnost objava, objave na kojima je baštinska institucija označena, geolocirana ili označena, broj objava i pratitelja. Abstract (english)

Nowdays, museum institutions are expected to follow trends and technological changes and at the same time they are expected to follow the needs of modern society, i.e. their users. One of the trends is the use of social media, which have become a key factor in museum activities, especially in the recent everyday life caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, considering that they facilitate and help communication between museum institutions and their users. Instagram is visually focused mobile application that was created in 2010 and is used to share photos and videos among users who follow each other. Instagram users use the storytelling method trough their posts. Content can be published in several ways: classic post, story, reels and live. When publishing content, it is possible to use filters, stickers, GIFs, photoshop, etc., tagging and geo-location are also possible. Unlike the 'classic' communication channel, communication on social media has a somewhat different flow that is not always linear, but also includes interactivity, user participation and dialogue. In this way, online communities of museum institutions can be created.
Museum communication is obserrved in the context of the social network Instagram through practical examples of Croatian and international Instagram profiles related to museums, and this paper presents their analysis based on good practice taken from the litrature. Aspects that are observed through the analysis include the types, content, formatting and frequency of posts, posts where the heritage institution is marked, geolocated or tagged, the number of posts and followers.
