Abstract

U ovom se diplomskom radu istražuje utjecaj novonastalih riječi u poljskom jeziku za vrijeme pandemije koronavirusa u 2020. godini. Analiziraju se nove riječi koje su se pojavile s dolaskom koronavirusa kao reakcija na situaciju. Gleda se koje su se najviše implementirale u jezik i zašto, njihovo značenje i na koji su način vezane za koronavirus. Također se analiziraju riječi koje već postoje u poljskom rječniku, koje su dobile još jedno značenje koje je vezano za koronavirus te kako ih ljudi doživljavaju odnosno povezuju uz koronavirus.

Abstract (english)

This thesis examines the influence of newly created words in the Polish language during the coronavirus pandemic in 2020. New words that appeared with the arrival of the coronavirus as a reaction to the situation are analysed. It looks at which ones have been most implemented in the language and why, their meaning and how they are related to the coronavirus. This thesis also analyses words that already exist in the Polish dictionary, which have acquired another meaning related to the coronavirus, and how people perceive them or associate them with the coronavirus.
