Abstract

Višejezičnost u svakodnevnom životu više nije rijetkost, nego potreba suvremenog doba. Zbog pojave iseljavanja radno sposobnog stanovništva iz Hrvatske u inozemstvo u potrazi za poslom, događaju se velike promjene u kretanju stanovništva jer se nerijetko iseljavaju cijele obitelji. Promjena okoline sa sobom nosi i potrebu za komunikacijom na jeziku sredine.
Na primjeru jedne hrvatske obitelji s tri školarca, koja se odselila u Njemačku i nakon devet mjeseci vratila u Hrvatsku, ispitat ćemo... More kako su se učenici snašli u njemačkom školskom sustavu. Za potrebe istraživanja s ispitanicima proveden je intervju (problemski orijentiran intervju). Naglasak istraživanja bio je na stvaranju jezičnih biografija triju učenika koji su u trenutku preseljenja imali različito predznanje njemačkog jezika. Ispitano je kako su se učenici integrirali u njemačko društvo te je li im znanje engleskog jezika pomoglo u sporazumijevanju s njemačkim vršnjacima. Također se istražilo mogu li učenici procijeniti kako je boravak u inozemstvu utjecao na njihovo ovladavanje njemačkim jezikom.
Zbog malog broja ispitanika i velikog stupnja subjektivnosti rezultate istraživanja ne treba generalizirati, već se u radu preporučuju prijedlozi za daljnja istraživanja jezičnih biografija ispitanika sličnog profila. Less

Abstract (english)

Multilingualism in everyday life is not uncommon, but rather a necessity of modern times. The Croatian population capable of work often emigrate to look for a job abroad, which is why there are major changes in population movements, as whole families often move out. Changing the environment also means using a foreign language to communicate with the locals.
Using the example of a Croatian family with three school children, who moved to Germany and returned to Croatia nine months later, it... More is examined how the school children got along in the German school system. For the purpose of the research, an interview was conducted with the respondents (problem-oriented interview). The focus of the research was on creating the language biographies of three school children who had different previous knowledge of the German language at the time of the move. It was researched how they integrated into German society and whether their knowledge of English helped them to communicate with their German peers. What is more it was questioned, whether the school children can rate, how the stay in Germany influenced their German language acquisition.
Due to the small number of respondents and the individual nature of their experiences, the research results of three language biographies cannot be generalized. Further research is still desirable, so that objective and measurable results of language biography research can be obtained. Less
