Abstract

Ovisnost o mobilnim video igrama je novi oblik ovisnosti koji se pojavio s naglim razvojem mobilnih igara. Razvoj znanstvenih metoda koje mjere i opisuju ovu ovisnost omogućuju bolje razumijevanje njezinog nastanka i usmjeravaju razvoj preventivnih mjera. Ne postoje jasno utvrđeni kriteriji za određivanje ovisnosti o mobilnim igrama, niti standardizirani instrumenti koji bi ju mjerili. U ovom radu izrađen je narativni pregled kojim je izdvojeno pet instrumenata koji mjere ovisnost o mobilnim igrama. Instrumenti su opisani i prevedeni na hrvatski jezik. Dane su preporuke o korištenju pojedinih instrumenata ovisno o svrsi istraživanja. Na temelju konceptualnih okvira mjerenja ovisnosti u izdvojenim instrumentima izrađena je konceptualna shema ovisnosti o mobilnim igrama koja integrira do sada mjerene faktore i socijalne faktore koji utječu na ovisnost.

Abstract (english)

Mobile video game addiction is a new form of addiction that has emerged with the rapid development of mobile games. The development of scientific methods that measure and describe this addiction enable a better understanding of its origins and guide the development of preventive measures. There are no clearly established criteria for determining mobile game addiction, nor standardized instruments to measure it. In this paper, a narrative review was made, which includes five instruments that measure addiction to mobile games. The instruments are described and translated into Croatian. Recommendations are given on the use of individual instruments depending on the purpose of the research. Based on the conceptual frameworks for measuring addiction in instruments included in the review, a conceptual scheme of mobile game addiction that integrates the factors measured so far and social factors that influence addiction was created.
