Abstract

Baštinske ustanove koriste brojne mogućnosti suvremenih informacijskih tehnologija kako bi svoje sadržaje približile korisnicima te kako bi oni aktivno participirali u njihovom stvaranju. Jedna od tih mogućnosti je korištenje elemenata igre u projektima rada mnoštva kako bi se korisnike potaknulo na sudjelovanje u stvaranju baštinskih sadržaja kroz zabavu. U ovom radu obradit će se pojmovi igrifikacije i rada mnoštva, njihove motivacijske snage te mogućnosti njihovog korištenja u baštinskim ustanovama. Zatim će se provesti anketa nad studentima diplomskog studija na Odsjeku za informacijske i komunikacijske znanosti Filozofskog fakulteta u Zagrebu kako bi se ispitali njihovi stavovi o ovakvom načinu uključivanja zajednice u rad baštinskih ustanova, a kako bi se oprimjerile neke od teorijskih postavki, pružit će se idejni koncept i funkcionalnosti mobilne aplikacije za muzeje koja bi koristila elemente igre.

Abstract (english)

Heritage institutions use numerous possibilities of modern information technologies in order to bring their contents closer to the users and in order for them to actively participate in their creation. One of these possibilities is the use of game elements in crowdsourcing projects to encourage users to participate in the creation of heritage contents through entertainment. This paper will discuss the concepts of gamification and crowdsourcing, their motivational power and the possibility of their use in heritage institutions. Also, a survey of graduate students at the Department of Information and Communication Sciences of the Faculty of Humanities and Socials Sciences in Zagreb will be conducted in order to examine their views of involving the community in crowdsourcing projects in heritage institutions and in order to exemplify some of the theoretical settings, a conceptual framework and functionalities of a mobile application for museums that would use game elements will be provided.
