Abstract

Društvene su mreže postale dio svakodnevice vrlo velikog dijela populacije. Dnevno provodimo i do nekoliko sati surfajući internetom i pregledavajući profile i stranice na društvenim mrežama. Stoga su provedena dva istraživanja kako bi se ispitala prisutnost muzeja u Gradu Zagrebu na društvenim mrežama. Prvo istraživanje provedeno je među 16 muzeja u Gradu Zagrebu, a pokazalo je kako su muzeji uglavnom prisutni na društvenim mrežama, prvenstveno na društvenoj mreži Facebook, no još uvijek nisu sasvim prilagođeni novim trendovima. Drugo istraživanje provedeno je nad 267 ispitanika, građana Grada Zagreba te je pokazalo da gotovo 60% njih prati neki od muzeja u Gradu Zagrebu na društvenim mrežama. Ovaj rad i njegva istraživanja trebali bi poslužiti kao smjernice za nastavak rada i funkcioniranje društvenih mreža muzeja.

Abstract (english)

Social media have become a part of every day lives of many people. We spend up to several houts a day surfing the Internet and scrolling through profiles and pages on social media. Therefore, a research of the museums in the City of Zagreb on social media has been conducted. The first part of the research consisted of a survey for 16 of the museums in the City of Zagreb, which has shown that museums do have a social media presence, mostly on Facebook. However, they are still not adjusted to the new trends. The second part of the research included a survey on the City of Zagreb's citizens, which has shown that 60% of the 267 people surveyed follow or are subscribed to at least one of the museums in the City of Zagreb on social media. This paper and the results of the research should serve as guidelines for taking the social media of the museums in the City of Zagreb to the next level.
