Abstract

Blizanačke trudnoće u suvremenom svijetu u konstantnom su porastu. Niska rodna masa i prijevremeni porođaj nažalost slove kao razlog za nastanak brojnih neuroloških poremećaja, a među ostalo se ubraja i gluhoća i oštećenje sluha. Ispitanici ovog rada bili su jednojajčani blizanci koji su odrasli zajedno i većinu vremena provodili zajedno. Akustičkom analizom htjeli su se analizirati njihovi glasovi, vidjeti postoji li neka veća očekivana odstupanja i mogu li se pronaći neki pozitivni utjecaji blizanca urednog govornog statusa na blizanca s oštećenjem sluha. Također, izračunate su i vrijednost formanata vokala prema kojima je izrađen i tzv. vokalski trapez ispitanika. U metodičkom dijelu dati su savjeti za provođenje vježbi za slušanje i slušno pamćenje, a isto tako dati su i prijedlozi individualnog sata s djetetom oštećena sluha na kojemu se osim vježbanja slušanja i pamćenja, prilagođava i obrađuje gradivo nastavnog predmeta povijest.

Abstract (english)

In the modern world, twin pregnancies are constantly increasing, which represents a risk for low birth weight and premature birth. Both are cited as the cause of many neurological disorders, including deafness and hearing impairment. For this study, subjects were identical twins who grew up and spent most of their time together.
Acoustic analysis was used to analyze their voices and investigate if there were any major expected discrepancies. Also, it was used to find positive effects of the twin with normal speech status on the twin with hearing impairment. Based on the calculated values of the formants a vocal trapeze of the twins was made. In the methodological part, advice is given for conducting exercises for listening and auditory memory, and also suggestions are given for an individual lesson with a child with impaired hearing, in which, in addition to listening and memory exercises, the material of the subject history is adapted and processed.
