Abstract

Cilj je ovog istraživanja ispitati učestalost i način prilagodbe nastave Glazbene kulture učenicima s teškoćama, istražiti kakvu suradnju u kontekstu integracije učenika s teškoćama na nastavi Glazbene kulture ostvaruju učitelji razredne nastave/Glazbene kulture i pedagozi te koji su njihovi stavovi glede procjene učinkovitosti Glazbene kulture i glazbe općenito na razvoj i napredak učenika s teškoćama. U istraživanju je korištena kvalitativna metodologija, a podaci su prikupljeni online intervjuiranjem 6 učitelja i 5 pedagoginja. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na postojanje većinskog mišljenja o nepotrebnosti i neučinkovitosti prilagodbe sadržaja Glazbene kulture učenicima s teškoćama, zbog čega učitelji najčešće primjenjuju individualizirane postupke u radu. Rezultati pokazuju da su osobna iskustva suradnje učitelja i pedagoga pozitivna i vrlo ugodna, a ključna uloga pedagoga u prilagodbi nastave najčešće je savjetodavnog karaktera, iako im se učitelji minimalno obraćaju u svrhu traženja savjeta i pomoći. Također, dobiveni podaci upozoravaju na nedovoljnu kompetentnost i nesigurnost učitelja i pedagoga u radu s djecom s teškoćama na nastavi Glazbene kulture, pripisanu njihovom inicijalnom obrazovanju na fakultetu, posebno onih duljeg radnog staža. Konačno, rezultati pokazuju kako svi ispitanici uočavaju potencijal predmeta Glazbena kultura te pozitivan, terapeutski utjecaj glazbe na učenike s teškoćama. Kako bi u potpunosti mogli iskoristiti potencijal Glazbene kulture te kvalitetnije realizirati nastavu za učenike s teškoćama, ispitanici navode kako se prvotno trebaju otkloniti određene barijere, ističući nedostatak stručnjaka edukacijsko-rehabilitacijskog profila, nedovoljan broj nastavnih sati tjedno, prevelike razredne odjele te koncept samog predmeta.

Abstract (english)

The purpose of this study is to examine the frequency and the way of music teaching adjustment for students with disabilities, to explore what form of cooperation in the context of integration of students with disabilities is achieved by teachers/music teachers and pedagogues and what are their views regarding efficiency assessment of music class and music in general on development and progress of students with disabilities. The research used qualitative methodology, and data was collected by online interviews with 6 teachers and 5 pedagogues. The results of the research indicate a majority opinion of uselessness and inefficiency of music content adjustment for students with disabilities, wherefore teachers mostly use individualized approach. The results show that personal experiences of cooperation between teachers and pedagogues are positive and pleasant, and that the key role of pedagogue in teaching adjustment has mainly advisory character, although teachers rarely turn to them for advice or help. Also, collected data reveals teacher's and pedagogue's insufficient competence and uncertainty in working with students with disabilities in music class, which is attributed to their initial education, especially those with longer working experience. Finally, the results show that all participants perceive potential of music class and positive, therapeutic impact of music on students with disabilities. In order to entirely fulfil potential of music class as well as improve realization of teaching students with disabilities, participants state that certain barriers should be removed first, pointing out the lack of experts in education and rehabilitation, insufficient number of teaching hours per week, oversized classrooms and the concept of the subject itself.
