Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad pregled je do sada poznatih nalazišta na kojima je iz koštanih ostataka ekstrahirana i analizirana nuklearna DNA. Podatci dobiveni morfološkom analizom kostiju, nadopunjeni podatcima dobivenim sekvenciranjem mitohondrijske i nuklearne DNA omogućuju znanstvenicima bolji uvid u živote arhaičnih populacija tijekom pleistocena. Abstract (english)

This thesis is a review of the sites with currently available sequences of aDNA extracted from hominin fossils. The information obtained by morphological analysis of the bones from these sites is complemented by the information obtained by sequencing mitochondrial and nuclear genomes of these individuals.
