Abstract

Rad je svojevrsni multiperspektivni prikaz civilne religije. Prva obrađena perspektiva jest položaj pojma civilne religije u povijesno-strukturalnoj teoriji društva općenito u kojoj se objašnjava što je sve dovelo do pojave fenomena civilne religije. Druga perspektiva jest historija filozofske misli o pojmu civilne religije kroz koju se razmatra je li civilna religija zasebna vrsta religioznosti ili je pak samo transformirana tradicionalna kršćanska religija. Treća perspektiva jest oprimjeravanje sastavnica civilne religije dvaju država: Druge (socijalističke) Jugoslavije i Republike Hrvatske. Posljednja perspektiva jest istraživanje pojavnosti civilne religije u samo jednom segmentu društva jugoslavenske i hrvatske nacije – u osnovnoškolskom obrazovanju. Istraživanje je dovelo do zaključka kako se u nekom segmentu društva (odnosno nacije) ne nalaze sve sastavnice civilne religije koje se nalaze u društvu (odnosno naciji) općenito. Ova se tvrdnja dokazala i na primjeru Druge Jugoslavije i na primjeru Republike Hrvatske. Također je istraživanje pokazalo da je civilna religija Republike Hrvatske u obrazovanju puno slabija negoli u Drugoj Jugoslaviji. Međutim, uočeno je i kako u obrazovnom sustavu Republike Hrvatske civilna religija povećava svoj intenzitet.

Abstract (english)

The paper presents a multi-perspective analysis of civil religion. The first perspective examines the position of civil religion within the historical-structural theory of society, explaining the factors that led to the emergence of this phenomenon. The second perspective explores the history of philosophical thought on civil religion, considering whether it constitutes a district form of religiosity or a transformation of traditional Christian religion. The third perspective provides examples of the components of civil religion in two countries: the Second (Socialist) Yugoslavia and the Republic of Croatia. The final perspective investigates the presence of civil religion within a specific segment of Yugoslav and Croatian society – primary school education. The research concludes that certain segments of society (or nation) lack all the components of civil religion found in society (or the nation) as a whole. This finding is evident in both the Second Yugoslavia and the Republic of Croatia. The research also shows that civil religion in the educational system of the Republic of Croatia is less intense than in the Second Yugoslavia. However, it is noted that civil religion in Croatian education is gaining strength.
