Abstract

Reformaciju su pokrenule nepomirljive nesuglasice unutar Katoličke crkve, izazvane nezadovoljstvom stanovništva zbog zloupotrebe kršćanskog nauka od strane klera, koji su tumačenje vjere koristili za osobno bogaćenje. U nastojanju da spriječi širenje nepoželjnih ideja, Crkva je, shvaćajući veliki značaj pisane riječi, osobito vjerske, uspješno kontrolirala dostupnost knjiga, jer je knjiga zbog skupe i spore izrade bilo malo.
Otkriće tiskarskog stroja omogućilo je brzo i jednostavno umnažanje pisane riječi i njenu neizmjerno lakšu dostupnost svima. Crkva je tiskarima nametala ograničenja, a namjerom da tiskaju samo djela koja ona odobrava i spriječi objavu nepoćudnih. No, te zabrane nisu mogle biti potpuno uspješne jer se tiskarstvo razvijalo i širilo velikom brzinom, postajalo sve profitabilnije, a interes za pisanom riječi bio je sve veći. Martin Luther i ostali akteri reformacije, suprotstavljajući se pogrešnim tumačenjima i zloupotrebama kršćanskog nauka koje su kulminirale prodajom indulgencija, brzo su uvidjeli važnost tiska za širenje vjerskih tekstova i počeli ga koristiti. Prevodili su Bibliju na narodne jezike i pisali mnoge kršćanske tekstove te ih tiskali u velikom broju. Nastojeći što prihvatljivije predočiti ispravnost svog učenja, unosili su nova rješenja u oblikovanje kršćanske literature.

Abstract (english)

The reformation was initiated by irreconcilable disagreements within the Catholic Church, driven by public dissatifsication due to the clergy's abuse of Christina doctrine, which they exploited for personal gain. In an effort to prevent the spread of undesirable ideas, the Churc, understanding the great impact of the written word, particulary religious texts, sucessfully controlled the availability of books, as books were scarce due to their expensive and slow production.
The invention of the printing press, enabled the quick and easy reproduction of written material, makin it significant and more accesible to everyone. The Churc imposed restrictions on printing press, intending thet only they can use it. But, these prohibitions couldn't be entirely sucessful as printing press developed rapidly, becoming increasingly profitable, and the public' s interest in the written word grew. Martin Luther and other reformation leaders, opposing the misinterpretations of the Christian doctrine, which culminated with sale of indulgences, are fast recognized dthe importance of the printing press for the disseminations of religious texts and began to use it. They translated Bibles on many languages and wrote many christian text, then printe in large number.
