Abstract

Škola kao društvena institucija te školsko osoblje i učenici kao društveni akteri glavni su nosioci odgojnoobrazovnog procesa. Obrazovanje osposobljava mladog čovjeka za život, ono ima snagu tolerancije, ravnopravnosti, razumijevanja, omogućava učeniku da razvije svoje potencijale. Štoviše, pojava inkluzivnog obrazovanja koje podrazumijeva integraciju, odnosno uključivanje svih učenika bez obzira na njihove individualne potrebe, takvu priliku otvara svima. Inkluzivno obrazovanje iako nekoliko... More stotina godina kasnije u odnosu na razvijene europske zemlje javlja se i u Hrvatskoj. Sve je veći broj učenika s različitom vrstom poteškoća koji se uključuju u redovne škole. Osobito aktualno unutar te teme uključivanje je pomoćnika u nastavi s kojima se nastoji olakšati i pospješiti cjelokupan proces integracije u školama. Pomoćnici u nastavi osobe su različitog profila čija je uloga pružiti individualnu podršku učeniku s teškoćama koji je integriran u redovnu nastavu. Iako za sada oni nisu zaposlenici škole, njihova suradnja sa školskim osobljem, učenicima kao i roditeljima od izrazite je važnosti. Nakon teorijskih polazišta u radu je predstavljeno kvalitativno istraživanje koje prikazuje stavove i mišljenja pomoćnika u nastavi, nastavnika te roditelja učenika s teškoćama. Njihovi odgovori uspoređeni su te je dobivena slika uloge koju pomoćnik ima u integraciji učenika s poteškoćama, prednosti i nedostaci s kojima se pojedini ispitanici unutar inkluzivnog obrazovanja susreću, kao i neke ideje i mogućnosti za daljnji napredak. Abstract (english)

The school as a social institution with school employees and pupils as its social protagonists is an essential bearer of the educational process. Education trains a young person for life, it has the power of tolerance, equality, understanding, it gives opportunity for developing pupil potentials. Even more, the appearance of inclusive education that means the integration and inclusion of all pupils regardless of their individual needs, opens an opportunity to everyone. The inclusive... More education, although a several centuries afterwards in relation to the developed European countries, appears in Croatia. From day to day there are more pupils with diverse disabilities who participate the regular classes. Especially important, concerning this issue, is including the teaching assistant who tries to make easy and accelerates the whole process of integration in school. The teaching assistants are persons of diverse profile whose task is to give an individual support to the pupil with disabilities in the regular class. Although up to now,the teching assistants are not the school employees, their co-operation with teachers, pupils as well as with parents has the unquestioned importance. In support to this a high grade research has done which shows attitudes and opinions of the taching assistants, teachers and parents of pupils with disabilities. Their answers have been compared and the illustration of the teaching assistance importance in integration of pupils with disabilities has been obtained as well as advantages and disadvantages with which some testees come across inside the inclusive education and some ideas and possibilities for additional improvement.
