Abstract

Cilj ovog istraživanja je opisati kako pedagozi koji su zaposleni u odjelu ljudskih resursa unutar korporativnoga sektora u Republici Hrvatskoj opisuju svoju profesionalnu ulogu te identificirati potencijale i izazove djelovanja pedagoga u korporativnome sektoru. Za istraživanje je korišten polustrukturirani intervju. Sudionici istraživanja su diplomirani pedagozi koji imaju radno iskustvo u odjelu ljudskih resursa unutar korporativnog sektora. Glavni rezultat istraživanja je da su pedagozi u potpunosti kompetentni profesionalci koji svojim brojnim vještinama doprinose odjelu ljudskih resursa. Zaključni dio rada razmatra implikacije i ograničenja provedenog istraživanja.

Abstract (english)

This research aims to describe how the pedagogues who work within the human resources department in the corporate sector in the Republic of Croatia describe their professional role and to identify the potentials as well as difficulties that pedagogues encounter in the corporate sector. For this research, the semistructured interview was used. Participants are people with master’s degree in pedagogy and work experience within the human resources department in the corporate sector. The main result of the research is that pedagougues are a fully competent professionals who have remarkable skills with which they can contribute to the human resources department. Closing part considers the implications and limitations of the research.
