Abstract

Ovaj rad analizira spoj digitalne humanistike i weba, u svrhu digitalne nadogradnje humanističkih znanosti. Tako se detaljizira pojam, područje djelatnosti i prikaz razvoja digitalne humanistike kao područja znanosti, uz prikaz njezine teorijske i praktične povezanosti s webom. Pregledom nekoliko relevantnih projekata digitalne humanistike prisutnih na webu želi se prikazati kako se digitalne tehnologije koriste za prikaz sadržaja dobivenih iz humanističkih istraživanja, koja je njihova svrha te kako utječe na krajnje korisnike. Također se ukazuje na to koje točno korisnike ti projekti žele privući i zašto te se ukazuje na nove potencijalne pravce razvoja tih prikaza.

Abstract (english)

This paper analyzes the intersection of digital humanities and the web with the aim of digitally enhancing the humanities. It details the concept, scope, and development of digital humanities as a field of study, along with its theoretical and practical connections to the web. By reviewing several relevant digital humanities projects available on the web, the paper aims to demonstrate how digital technologies are used to present content derived from humanities research, their purpose, and their impact on end users. Additionally, it highlights the specific audiences these projects aim to attract and why, as well as suggesting potential new directions for the development of these presentations.
