Abstract

U ovom se radu prikazuje recepcija poezije Dobriše Cesarića u kontekstu hrvatske književnosti i kulture. Uz predstavljanje života i stvaralaštva jednoga od najznačajnijih hrvatskih pjesnika te uz njegovo smještanje u povijesni i poetički kontekst razdoblja u kojemu je stvarao, donose se prikazi tematskih svjetova njegove lirike kao i općenitih odlika njegova stvaralaštva koje su osobito isticane u književnoj kritici i zahvaljujući kojima je osvojio široku čitalačku publiku te postao klasikom hrvatske književnosti.

Abstract (english)

This paper deals with the poetry of Dobriša Cesarić and its reception in the context of Croatian literature and culture. It furthermore represents the life and literary opus of one of the most important Croatian poets and puts Dobriša Cesarić in the historical and political context of the period in which he created as well as highlights not only thematic worlds portrayed in his lyric poetry but also general characteristics of his works. He became one of the classics of Croatian literature and it is exactly the thematic worlds and general characteristics mirrored throughout his works that won him a wide reading audience and positive literary criticism.
