Abstract

U današnje vrijeme tehnologija ima značajan utjecaj na obrazovanje i ljudski način života. Glavna komponenta obrazovanja je dijeljenje znanja, a kako bi se ono dijelilo neophodno je ukloniti sva ograničenja u obrazovanju te promovirati koncept otvorenog obrazovanja. Otvoreni obrazovni sadržaji objavljeni na internetu pod otvorenom licencom omogućuju da svaka osoba, u svako doba dana, neovisno na geografsku lokaciju i financijske mogućnosti pristupi sadržajima i slobodno ih uređuje, širi i dijeli. Naglasak se stavlja ponajviše na virtualno okruženje i na prelazak sa statičkih repozitorija na aktivne društvene platforme, a sve s ciljem poboljšanja učenja.

Abstract (english)

Nowadays, technology has a significant impact on education and the human way of living. The main component of education is knowledge sharing. In order to share knowledge, it is necessary to remove all educational restrictions and promote the concept of open education. Open educational content published on the Internet under an open license allows any person, at any time, regardless of their geographical location and financial opportunities, to have access to the content and to freely edit, distribute and share it. Emphasis is placed primarily on the virtual environment and on the transition from static repositories to active social platforms, all in order to improve learning outcomes.
