Abstract
Cilj ovoga rada bilo je istraživanje hrane u funkciji označitelja lokalnog podravskog identiteta. Prikazan je povijesni pregled istraživanja hrane u Koprivničkoj Podravini od 19. stoljeća do danas, a zatim i rezultati vlastitog etnološkog terenskog istraživanja. Za potrebe interpretacije korišteni su suvremeni teorijski okviri i pristupi uz pomoć kojih se ukazalo na različite čimbenike koji su djelovali na činjenicu da je hrana postala važan dio podravskog identiteta.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper was to explore food as a tracer of local Podravina identity. The historical review of food research in Koprivnica’s Podravina from the 19th century to the present is presented, as well as the results of its own ethnological field research. Modern theoretical frameworks and approaches were used for interpretation, which showed different factors that influenced the fact that food became an important part of the Podravina identity.
