Abstract

U ovom radu obrađuje se način na koji se društvene mreže Facebook, YouTube i Instagram mogu iskoristiti u nastavi srednjoškolskoga predmeta Likovna umjetnost. Razvojem tehnologije i društvenih medija promijenio se način na koji se odnosimo jedni prema drugima, kako komuniciramo i kako učimo. Sukladno s ovom evolucijom učenja i znanja, kod učitelja, nastavnika i profesora jača potreba za razvojem znanja i sposobnosti korištenja tehnologije. Stoga će se u radu istražiti ne samo prednosti i mane korištenja društvenih mreža u obrazovnom smislu, već i što to znači u kontekstu nadogradnje nastavničkih i učeničkih kompetencija. Ujedno će se istaknuti problematika prezentacije umjetnosti kroz društvene mreže i medije. U tom pogledu svakako treba ispitati i kako se promijenio svijet umjetnosti u moderno doba – od virtualnih muzeja do umjetnosti stvorene korištenjem 3D printera, razvoj medija i tehnologije rezultirao je i brojnim novim načinima na koje se umjetnost može promatrati i stvarati. Uzevši sve ovo u obzir, u istraživanju pitanja integracije društvenih mreža u nastavu, razmatrat će se komunikacijske i tehničke mogućnosti navedenih društvenih mreža, te njihov sadržajni aspekt u vidu materijala kojeg nastavnici i učenici mogu iskoristiti kako bi produbili svoje razumijevanje umjetnosti i razvili kulturu promatranja kao dio svoje svakodnevice.

Abstract (english)

The theoretical framework of this thesis deals with the ways in which Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram can be utilized for the purpose of advancing the Visual Arts class. With the development of technology and social media, the way we relate to one another, how we communicate and learn is also affected. Along with the evolution of knowledge and learning, educational institutions put more focus on educators and their skills and abilities in technology management. Therefore, this thesis explores not only the advantages and disadvantages of using social networks in an educational context, but also what this means in the context of upgrading teacher and student competencies. The way art is presented through social networks and media is also brought into question. In that regard, the way the art world has changed in the modern age should also be examined – from virtual museums to 3D-printed art, the development of media and technology resulted in new ways of observing and creating art. When all these elements are taken into consideration, the question of integrating social networks into the Visual Arts class will be analyzed using the communication and technical possibilities of Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, as well as their content which can be used by teachers and students to deepen their understanding of the Arts and maintain the culture of art-observing as part of their everyday life.
