Abstract
Svrha ovog rada je upoznati čitatelja sa stilskim jezikom CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), koji se koristi za definiranje formatiranja na nekoj Web-stranici; točnije s njegovim povijesnim razvojem - od njegovih začetaka 1994. do danas. Što se tiče korištenja CSS-a, pokrivene su osnove sintakse i terminologije CSS-a; a što se tiče povijesti tog stilskog jezika, čitatelj je upoznat s verzijama CSS-a, od CSS-a 1, preko CSS-a 2 i 2.1 do konačnog CSS-a 3, koji se koristi danas.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to introduce the reader to the CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) style language which is used to define the formatting of a Website, more specifically its historical development – from its inception in 1994 until today. Regarding the use of CSS, the basics of its syntax and terminology are covered; and regarding the history of the style language, the reader is introduced to versions of CSS, from CSS 1, through CSS 2 and CSS 2.1, to the final CSS 3 version, which is still used today.
